Our Foundation

Founded by the late Elder James W. Anderson, St. James Victory Temple is rich in history and rooted in the word of God.  We are passionate about bringing souls to Christ and bettering our community.

Pastor's Bio:

Josepheus D. Beaty was born September 7, 1971 in Gary, Indiana to Josepheus Sr. and Priscilla Beaty. He has one younger sister. His family moved to Louisville, KY and he graduated from Iroquois High School.

Josepheus accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and was filled with the Holy Ghost in July of 1999, under pastor and founder Elder James W. Anderson at St. James Victory Temple COGIC in New Albany, IN. He accepted his calling to the ministry, later ordained Elder, in July of 2008.  After the passing of Pastor Anderson, Josepheus was installed as Pastor in February 2016.

Josepheus has been married for the last 20 years to Danetta Beaty, has 3 daughters and 4 grandsons.
